Challenger II makes silage easier with its 12 cutter knifes and excellent chopping feature, in addition to its powerful blowing technique. The machine's knives are covered by tungsten carbide. This alloy, which is resistant to abrasion and heat, allows for a long lifespan. However, sharpening the knives at regular intervals is essential to obtaining ideal quality and consistent, top-level performance from the machine. The machine's knife sharpening system has been designed to protect the user from danger and to not damage the machine. The user can easily engage in the sharpening process by opening sharpening cover and running the Automatic Knife Sharpening Unit for a few minutes to obtain the suitable sharpness.
